FAQ

1. When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped standardly in 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Some orders are shipped sooner, it depends on the business demand. Please see our shipping policy here.

2. What does awaiting fulfillment mean?
Your order was just placed & is still in processing. You will receive another email once it is processed & waiting to be shipped.

3. What is the return policy?
You may return new, unused items within 3 days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% for a full refund or get store credit for the entire cost of the item minus shipping fees. We cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) No used items will be returned. Please see our full return policy here.

4. Do You Ship internationally?
Yes, Fancy Hills Boutique does now ship internationally. Shipping quotes are available at checkout & orders are shipped first class with tracking. We have zero control over international shipping time frames. The post office indicates shipping time frames for international parcels is 14 business days & the actual number of days may vary based on origin, and customs delays. Please email us anytime after & we will look into the delay further.
